All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams and include VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated. The order is confirmed after successful payment.

Orders are processed within the timeframe shown on the website. Delivery times may vary depending on the city and shipping company. Samada Store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond its control.

Due to the nature of perfumes and incense products, all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt, opening, or use. In the event of receiving a damaged product or an error in your order from Samada Store, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and take appropriate action. Refunds and exchanges do not cover cases resulting from a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the fragrance, as fragrance selection is a matter of personal preference.

Orders are processed within official working days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped via approved shipping companies within the UAE. Delivery times vary depending on the emirate and region. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information. Samada Store is not responsible for any delays or additional fees resulting from entering incorrect information. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping company. Samada Store will continue to provide support until the customer receives their order.
